Delivery & Pickup

BSE Hockey sticks are currently made to order. Our current end-to-end estimate is 30 days from purchase to local delivery or arranged pickup. If we cannot meet that timing, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Order cancellations

We normally submit production runs on Sunday evenings (Central time). You may cancel for a full refund by contacting BSE Hockey before your order is submitted to production. We will email you when your order enters production. After that submission, ordinary cancellation is no longer available. If we cannot meet the delivery estimate, you may choose a revised date or cancel for a full refund.
